Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 777as platform, accessible at https://777as.cam (the "Platform", "Site", "777as"). The Platform is operated as an online gaming information and entertainment service providing guides, reviews, game information and educational content to users across Pakistan and internationally.

777as is an English-language platform designed primarily for Pakistani users in cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering, or following any link — you confirm that:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the Operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
2. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
3. You have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them;
4. Your use of the Platform, and any gambling activity you undertake based on information obtained from it, complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction;
5. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where access to such content is prohibited by law.

These Terms are effective immediately upon your first access to the Platform and remain in force for the duration of your use. 777as reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

Account Eligibility

To register for an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Where the Operator's applicable licence jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age, that higher requirement applies. Providing false date of birth information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
• Geographic Eligibility: You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling information or participating in online gambling is prohibited. 777as does not represent that the Platform or the Operators described on it are legally available in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all Accounts held by that individual without notice.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be accurate, current and complete. You must promptly update any information that changes.
• No Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion programme or regulatory exclusion that would prohibit your access to gambling services.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register and create an Account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address;
• Create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential at all times;
• Notify 777as promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Not share your Account credentials with any third party;
• Accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not.

777as reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to request supporting documentation, including government-issued identification and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Platform Use

The Platform is provided for informational, educational and entertainment purposes only. 777as does not directly offer gambling, betting or casino gaming services. Content published on the Platform constitutes general information and opinion and should not be construed as professional, financial or legal advice.

Users may access, browse and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. Any commercial use of Platform Content — including reproduction, redistribution, sale or modification — is prohibited without express prior written consent from 777as.

You agree to access and use the Platform only through standard, lawful means. Use of automated tools, scripts, bots, scrapers or any mechanism designed to systematically extract data from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

Deposits & Payments

Where the Platform describes deposit processes on third-party Operator platforms, such descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. Payment method availability, minimum and maximum deposit amounts, processing fees and transaction times are determined by the Operator and the relevant payment service provider, not by 777as.

The Platform may reference familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — solely as examples of payment methods that Pakistani users may encounter on Operator platforms. Such references do not imply that any of these providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions, or that they have any commercial relationship with 777as.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their payment method, deposit source and transaction comply with applicable Pakistani financial regulations, including those administered by the State Bank of Pakistan. 777as accepts no liability for transactions conducted on Operator platforms.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal processing — including eligibility, timelines, minimum withdrawal amounts and supported payment methods — is governed entirely by the Operator's published withdrawal policy and the terms of the relevant payment provider. 777as has no control over or responsibility for withdrawal processing on any Operator platform.

Where the Platform provides general guidance on withdrawal categories such as e-wallets (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash), instant payment rails (e.g., Raast) and bank transfers (e.g., HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), such guidance is illustrative only. Processing speeds are not guaranteed and are subject to KYC verification status, compliance review procedures and the policies of the relevant payment provider.

777as strongly advises all users to complete full KYC verification on any Operator platform before requesting a withdrawal, to avoid unnecessary delays or complications.

Bonuses & Promotions

Any Bonuses, welcome offers, deposit matches, free spins, free bets, loyalty rewards, Birthday Reward credits or Refer-a-Friend incentives described on the Platform are provided by the relevant Operator, not by 777as. The terms and conditions — including Wagering Requirements, expiry periods, eligible games, maximum withdrawal limits and geographic restrictions — are set by the Operator and subject to change without notice.

Users are responsible for reading and understanding the full bonus terms published by each Operator before accepting any promotional offer. 777as provides summary descriptions only, which may not reflect the Operator's most current terms. • Wagering Requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;

Responsible Gambling

• Harassing, threatening or abusing any member of the support team or other users;
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Platform Content without express written permission.

Intellectual Property

All Content on the 777as Platform — including but not limited to text, editorial copy, logos, brand names, images, page layouts, source code and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777as or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and database laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce or distribute Content for commercial purposes;
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on Platform Content;
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices;
• Use the 777as brand name, logo or trademarks without prior written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777as, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any reliance placed on information, reviews, guides or recommendations published on the Platform;
• Any gambling losses incurred on Operator platforms described on the Platform;
• Any technical interruption, error, data loss or security breach affecting the Platform;
• Any actions or omissions of third-party Operators, payment providers or other parties.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 777as makes no representation that the Platform or any information contained therein is accurate, complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose.

Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we process it, the legal basis for processing, how long we retain it and the rights available to you as a data subject.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Where you provide us with any personal information relating to a third party, you confirm that you have obtained their consent to share such information with us.

Suspension & Termination

777as reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform or your Account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or criminal activity;
• Discovery that registration information was false or misleading;
• Discovery that you are under the minimum eligible age;
• Discovery that you are subject to a self-exclusion or regulatory exclusion order;
• Any other reason that 777as reasonably considers to be in the best interests of the Platform, its users or public safety.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting support. Upon Account termination, your right to access the Platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777as is registered. Nothing in these Terms shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court.

If you are accessing the Platform from Pakistan, you acknowledge that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any amendments thereto — may apply to your activities. 777as expressly disclaims any responsibility for your compliance with local Pakistani law. You assume full personal responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform and any associated gambling activity is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Amendments

777as reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Amended Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and will take effect immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.
